Chris' Romanian Red

Imported from Romania to British Columbia, this Porcelain garlic has a hearty taste, is easy to peel, and stores well.  It usually has 4-6 large cloves inside a 2-3 inch bulb and has a Brix rating of -39.8. The taste is strong and so good; be careful how much you use! This is a great alternative to Music garlic. It contains the highest percentage of allicin of any garlic. This garlic is a prolific grower, even in tough growing conditions, and is resistant to common garlic diseases and pests.
